But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Micael Caicedo couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niva Bellido in the 10th minute of play forced West Town SC's goalkeeper Billy Jacquemet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Billy Jacquemet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niva Bellido in the 11th minute of play. Billy Jacquemet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niva Bellido in the 11th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, West Town SC's Angel Mena got a free kick in the 12th minute. Billy Jacquemet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niva Bellido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Romando Futebol Clube's Juninho Paulista managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luis-Antonio Bolantin in the 25 minute of the game. 30 minutes in the game, Micael Caicedo fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Rubén-Osvaldo Cousillas having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Niva Bellido left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Romando Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 39 minutes into the match, West Town SC's goal looked a bit too open when Lionel Messi came free, but Billy Jacquemet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Rubén-Osvaldo Cousillas successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The West Town SC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Romando Futebol Clube were winning 0-2.

Billy Jacquemet made an important save on a dangerous shot by Niva Bellido in the 52nd minute. West Town SC's Billy Jacquemet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save West Town SC from getting a goal against them. Niva Bellido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Billy Jacquemet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torres Begal in the 68th minute of play forced Romando Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Rubén-Osvaldo Cousillas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th match minute, West Town SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis-Antonio Bolantin to maneuver through the defense. Torres Begal took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rubén-Osvaldo Cousillas. Rubén-Osvaldo Cousillas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. West Town SC's Billy Jacquemet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niva Bellido in the 84th minute of play. Billy Jacquemet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niva Bellido, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Torres Begal managed to get in a good position for a shot. West Town SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Torres Begal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rubén-Osvaldo Cousillas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Romando Futebol Clube supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Romando Futebol Clube would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
