Carlos Germano was a little too slow when Harry Sjö got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 4th minute. The score was now 1-0. If Wilfredo Gaxan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harry Sjö in the 13th minute of the match. Torbjörn Hake sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 24 minutes into the game, Kingpins's Torbjörn Hake nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlos Germano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Paulino Frechoso hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Carlos Germano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torbjörn Hake, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Germano was a little too slow when Torbjörn Hake got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 4-0. Harry Sjö could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Carlos Germano made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Harry Sjö kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Carlos Germano. That made the score 5-0 in the 39 minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Josep Casanova hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Atlético Atlanta were furious when Dionisio Monico was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. With a little luck, Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano got control of the ball when Adrian Falck tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Kingpins made a substitution. Ramiro Estavan replaced Adrian Falck. Kingpins's Yan Guo Qiang was substituted for Torbjörn Hake. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victorino Euloxu in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Germano saved Club Atlético Atlanta from getting behind. After 56 played minutes Kingpins got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Euloxu. Carlos Germano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Euloxu, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Paulino Frechoso hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Club Atlético Atlanta's Carlos Germano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yan Guo Qiang in the 68th minute of play. In the 74th minute Victorino Euloxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Germano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Wilfredo Gaxan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Victorino Euloxu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carlos Germano was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. The corner led Kingpins's Mao Hai Zhen to fire away a dangerous shot which Carlos Germano despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yan Guo Qiang in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Germano saved Club Atlético Atlanta from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yan Guo Qiang in the 89th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atlético Atlanta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mao Hai Zhen was slow to take the kick. During this time Kingpins's players had a chance to rest. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Pål Hammarström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kingpins's supporters rose to their feet, but Pål Hammarström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carlos Germano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yan Guo Qiang in the 97th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Kingpins players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
