Constantin Mudura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guo Ke Peng, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 19 minutes into the match, WZG Sandomierz's goal looked a bit too open when Macnelly Torres came free, but Constantin Mudura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Macnelly Torres took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Constantin Mudura. Constantin Mudura dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. WZG Sandomierz's Mete Tavukcu managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lilo Stich in the 23 minute of the game. Nicolás Castillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Constantin Mudura. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicolás Castillo ran back to his position shaking his head. Constantin Mudura took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sima Marinković, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vancouver Reds's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Guo Ke Peng in the 32nd minute. Macnelly Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantin Mudura having to interfere. Omar Duardo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andrzej Juskowiak's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. In the 42nd match minute, WZG Sandomierz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrzej Juskowiak to maneuver through the defense.
