In the 7th minute Iwan Kasiewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toni Schumacher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Kurdistan were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after FC Bullen's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carlos-Alberto Bayona took the corner. After taking down the ball on FC Kurdistan's corner Fredric Hybbert fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Toni Schumacher quite easily take care of the ball. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Bullen's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Carlos-Alberto Bayona was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Kurdistan's players had a chance to rest. Alaaddin Solskjær took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Fredriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iwan Kasiewski might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Toni Schumacher. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Iwan Kasiewski ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, FC Bullen's Roland Topp got a free kick in the 18th minute. FC Bullen's Toni Schumacher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iwan Kasiewski in the 20th minute of play. When FC Kurdistan's Iwan Kasiewski, in the 20th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for FC Kurdistan. In the 23rdth minute of the game Iwan Kasiewski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Bullen's Toni Schumacher was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Toni Schumacher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwan Kasiewski in the 25th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, FC Bullen's goal looked a bit too open when Iwan Kasiewski came free, but Toni Schumacher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lars Sundström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Toni Schumacher read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Toni Schumacher came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Kurdistan's Roberto-Carlos da Silva. But to his dismay, Roberto-Carlos da Silva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 43 minutes into the match, FC Bullen's goal looked a bit too open when Iwan Kasiewski came free, but Toni Schumacher reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alaaddin Solskjær showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Fredriksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Iwan Kasiewski to make the kick off. With his leg Toni Schumacher managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when FC Kurdistan's Lars Sundström fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gustav Helander made in the 58th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Kurdistan's Erhard Esbo. FC Kurdistan's Nils Hopp was substituted for Iwan Kasiewski. After 70 minutes, Elliot Nordgren made it 1-3 with a short kick to the right side. FC Bullen's Toni Schumacher tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Bullen's Philip Drake was substituted for Richard Fredriksson. Toni Schumacher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredric Hybbert in the 75th minute of play. In the 85th minute, FC Bullen's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Elliot Nordgren fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fredric Hybbert in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Toni Schumacher saved FC Bullen from getting behind. After a rather tough play, FC Bullen's Roger Hellström got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 96th minute, Keefer Carragher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FC Kurdistan eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
