Paolo Azuela made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Radamel Oakley sent off a good shot on target. 27 minutes into the match, Surahammar's goal looked a bit too open when Tercero Imperiale came free, but Jan Lindström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in JELINEBERG's zone, Vincent Benett stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paolo Azuela came out of the goal and Vincent Benett tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
