With a little luck, Surahammar's Jan Lindström got control of the ball when Ralf Sundin tried to sneak it across the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Fusk&Bygg AB's Patrik Blanck sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan Lindström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 10th minute of the match Fusk&Bygg AB got a corner. Surahammar's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Guido Golang ran over to the corner to take the kick. With an all-out effort, Fusk&Bygg AB's Jan Lindström threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ralf Sundin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 20 minutes of play, Fusk&Bygg AB's Ralf Sundin made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan Lindström was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 23rd minute, Billy Fristedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the match, Radamel Oakley had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Su Premetis. Fusk&Bygg AB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radamel Oakley was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Su Premetis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Radamel Oakley went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Fusk&Bygg AB defense, Radamel Oakley kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Su Premetis. The Fusk&Bygg AB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Su Premetis should have stopped the shot. After having played for 37 minutes, Radamel Oakley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Surahammar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radamel Oakley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Fusk&Bygg AB's goal looked a bit too open when Radamel Oakley came free, but Su Premetis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fusk&Bygg AB's Ralf Sundin got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Radamel Oakley stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Fusk&Bygg AB's Patrik Blanck got a free kick in the 55th minute. Surahammar made a substitution. Zlatan Lion replaced Toninho Lara. Surahammar made a substitution. Folke Skröder replaced Vincent Benett. Surahammar's Mark Brovall managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Guido Golang in the 59 minute of the game. 61 minutes into the match, Fusk&Bygg AB's goalkeeper Su Premetis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Santxol. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Surahammar's goalkeeper Jan Lindström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Santxol in the 63rd minute of play forced Fusk&Bygg AB's goalkeeper Su Premetis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Fusk&Bygg AB booed when Surahammar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Folke Skröder didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Ralf Sundin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fusk&Bygg AB's supporters rose to their feet, but Ralf Sundin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan Lindström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The throw-in from Patrik Blanck in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Surahammar's Victor Santxol. Fusk&Bygg AB's Niklas Myhr was substituted for Jan Sigfridsson. Su Premetis made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Victor Santxol sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fritz Kleen in the 90th minute of play forced Surahammar's goalkeeper Jan Lindström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Victor Santxol recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Su Premetis. Victor Santxol showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. Fusk&Bygg AB's Octav Novac was substituted for Antonello Romano. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Surahammar eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
