Willian de Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angel Taurino in the 14th minute of the match. Constantino Cordarius hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Edgard Guillen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Germano Romero's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Agnaldo Diniz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edgard Guillen came out and tried to block the shot, but Agnaldo Diniz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 20th minute. Lucas Reyes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Angel Taurino to make the kick off. In the 62nd minute, Angelo Mattos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the match, La Candela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Agnaldo Diniz came free, but Edgard Guillen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Iturri kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Constantino Cordarius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, La Candela FC's Celso Nerio got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After 83 played minutes, THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA's Agnaldo Diniz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edgard Guillen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in THESPA KUSATSU GUNMA reached it. Edgard Guillen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael de Lara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the match, La Candela FC's Angel Taurino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Willian de Alcântara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lucas Reyes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. La Candela FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
