Walery Kochanowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Cosme in the 37th minute of play. Adil Magaud received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Walery Kochanowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Adil Magaud slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 43rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adil Magaud got free with Walery Kochanowski in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Igor Indyk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Walery Kochanowski came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Rathmore Lime Tree's Karim Cosme. But to his dismay, Karim Cosme quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 64 minutes into the game, Karim Cosme was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rathmore Lime Tree's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Galja Kraków the free kick. Sofyane Valognes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Albert Frouin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 94 minutes, Igor Indyk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galja Kraków's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Indyk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 96 minutes into the game, Rathmore Lime Tree's Albert Frouin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Walery Kochanowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Rathmore Lime Tree's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
