Hammarby IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maxim Tsigalko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 15th minute Maxim Tsigalko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Hök saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hammarby IF's goalkeeper Daniel Hök, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ingvar Svanström was the one to do the kick off. Allan Bivall made a great header on Samurai's corner, it was just that Hammarby IF's Daniel Hök managed to reach the ball for a save. Timmy Henriksson had several of the Hammarby IF's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 54 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-3 score and a disappointed Daniel Hök as he didn't even see the shot coming. Daniel Hök made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Timmy Henriksson sent off a good shot on target. In the 58th minute Maxim Tsigalko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Hök saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samurai made a substitution. Wu Qi replaced Maxim Tsigalko. Samurai's Åke Hamnberg was substituted for Hernán Grana. The supporters of Hammarby IF booed when Samurai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Blanco didn't get a good kick on the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Wu Qi notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Hammarby IF's Daniel Hök. Daniel Hök came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Samurai's Wu Qi. But to his dismay, Wu Qi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. If Åke Hamnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hammarby IF's Alex Ramirez was substituted for Orvar Skager. 82 minutes into the game, Alex Ramirez threw the ball into play from the sideline. Samurai's Morgan Vassenius quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Joseph Malmberg's late challenge caught a Samurai's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joseph Malmberg helped the player get up and apologised. Wu Qi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 85 played minutes Hammarby IF got a freekick which was hit by Videl Pando. Daniel Hök took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wu Qi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Hök came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Samurai's Wu Qi. But to his dismay, Wu Qi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Wu Qi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Daniel Hök tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 90 minutes in the game Alex Ramirez did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Eduardo Beltrando. Daniel Hök didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 92nd minute, which inside left pole to 0-8. Vince Di Cola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Okoli Okiche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Samurai played a much better game than Hammarby IF and deserved their victory. The Hammarby IF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
