In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind C. A. BELGRANO's goalkeeper Alfonso Festa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 23 minutes into the game, one of C. A. BELGRANO:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Tanek Weyna walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 28th match minute, C. A. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Felippe Favoretto made a kick off. BELGRANO's Alfonso Festa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felippe Favoretto in the 56th minute of play.
