Lester Serre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léon Monnet, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Ludomil Kajdasz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonides Rosio in the 19th minute of the match. Leonides Rosio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Ludomil Kajdasz made a huge save. Norbert Cadart got a throw-in 23 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Dimitri Bougault. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Herblay's goalkeeper Ludomil Kajdasz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute San Lorenzo de Sarandi were awarded a corner. Prospero Mergildo went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led San Lorenzo de Sarandi's Robert Smith to fire away a dangerous shot which Ludomil Kajdasz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With splendid footwork Venancio Piorno arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-0 by the left pole in the game's 29th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Léon Monnet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Léon Monnet's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Lester Serre firmly grabbed it by the left post. Herblay's Ludomil Kajdasz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonides Rosio in the 59th minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ludomil Kajdasz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 78 minutes into the game, Salvador Rosario cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Ludomil Kajdasz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 84 minutes into the match, Vasco Olarticoechea notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Herblay's Ludomil Kajdasz. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Herblay reached it. San Lorenzo de Sarandi's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
