Inocencio Veronica stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vicente Arano's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Paul Gheară fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inocencio Veronica having to interfere. After 22 played minutes De Boedo Vengo got a freekick which was hit by Ulises Cesario. In the 23rd minute, Emiliano Furia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wawrzyniec Charamut was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Wawrzyniec Charamut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severo Oriche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wawrzyniec Charamut came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Rafaela FC's Octavio Gonzo. But to his dismay, Octavio Gonzo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lisandro Roderigo got free with Inocencio Veronica in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wawrzyniec Charamut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio in the 30th minute of play. Emiliano Furia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wawrzyniec Charamut read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wawrzyniec Charamut saved De Boedo Vengo from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lisandro Roderigo in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inocencio Veronica saved Rafaela FC from getting behind. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Lisandro Roderigo sped through Rafaela FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Inocencio Veronica. Inocencio Veronica made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Lisandro Roderigo sent off a good shot on target. If Lisandro Roderigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, De Boedo Vengo's Wawrzyniec Charamut got control of the ball when Octavio Gonzo tried to sneak it across the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, Rafaela FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lisandro Roderigo came free, but Inocencio Veronica reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wawrzyniec Charamut prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Severo Oriche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 89 minutes of play, Rafaela FC's Severo Oriche made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wawrzyniec Charamut was left in no man's land by his defense there! The De Boedo Vengo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rafaela FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Rafaela FC.
