Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mats Hermansson kicked off to start the match. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Erramu in the 5th minute of play. Manuel Castelain made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot managed to reach the ball for a save. With a little luck, Mexico's Cornelio Villegas got control of the ball when Martin Mutumba tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ladislao Erramu in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcus Ekrot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 16th minute Ladislao Erramu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Ekrot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislao Erramu came free, but Marcus Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Manuel Castelain in the 19th minute. Ladislao Erramu took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcus Ekrot. Marcus Ekrot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Marcus Ekrot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Erramu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mexico's Ladislao Erramu in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fernan Berart got free with Cornelio Villegas in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ladislao Erramu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcus Ekrot having to make a save. The supporters of Mexico booed when Vykans Vikingar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Börje Stål didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Erramu in the 38th minute of play. When Ladislao Erramu came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ladislao Erramu couldn't finish the play.

Ladislao Erramu might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcus Ekrot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ladislao Erramu ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ladislao Erramu got free with Marcus Ekrot in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 59thth minute of the game Ladislao Erramu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Börje Stål hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Mexico made a substitution. Leonardo Tipi replaced Ladislao Erramu. After 61 played minutes Vykans Vikingar got a freekick which was hit by Börje Stål. Leonardo Tipi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 64th minute, Martin Mutumba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cornelio Villegas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Mutumba in the 66th minute of play. Marcus Ekrot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Tipi in the 68th minute of the match. In the 71stth minute of the game Leonardo Tipi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vykans Vikingar's Marcus Ekrot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Tipi came free, but Marcus Ekrot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Leonardo Tipi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcus Ekrot was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Vykans Vikingar's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Manuel Castelain was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. At last the ball reached Damian Jordy at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Vykans Vikingar. 0-2. The throw-in from Damian Jordy in the 87th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Vykans Vikingar's Börje Stål. 88 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt-Arne Haglund came free, but Cornelio Villegas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcus Ekrot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Tipi in the 90th minute of play.
