Alfredo Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Levandovskiy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Sporting Tuga FC defense, Cristiano Levandovskiy kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfredo Santana. The Sporting Tuga FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfredo Santana should have stopped the shot. Sporting Tuga FC's Alfredo Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Levandovskiy in the 8th minute of play. Grêmio Santo André were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Sporting Tuga FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jeferson Santana took the corner. After taking down the ball on Grêmio Santo André's corner Jeferson Santana fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alfredo Santana quite easily take care of the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Sporting Tuga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristiano Levandovskiy came free, but Alfredo Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sporting Tuga FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jeferson Santana was slow to take the kick. During this time Grêmio Santo André's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Grêmio Santo André's Santiago Oliverio to fire away a dangerous shot which Alfredo Santana despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Cristiano Levandovskiy might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfredo Santana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristiano Levandovskiy ran back to his position shaking his head. 22 minutes into the match, Vladimir do Vale had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfredo Santana. Sporting Tuga FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vladimir do Vale was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 25th minute Vladimir do Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ladislav Telepovský made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Figueiredo in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Sporting Tuga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimir do Vale came free, but Alfredo Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grêmio Santo André's Ladislav Telepovský played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Monsanto in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Sporting Tuga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Juvenal dos Santos came free, but Alfredo Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Monsanto in the 40th minute of play forced Grêmio Santo André's goalkeeper Ladislav Telepovský to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sporting Tuga FC's Alfredo Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juvenal dos Santos in the 42nd minute of play. The throw-in from Güvenç Kutalmış in the 45th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sporting Tuga FC's Manuel Matias. Ladislav Telepovský made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Lucas Monsanto sent off a good shot on target.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Figueiredo in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ladislav Telepovský prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alfredo Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Bero in the 54th minute of play. In the 64th minute, one of Sporting Tuga FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sporting Tuga FC. Alfredo Santana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimir do Vale in the 70th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Sporting Tuga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeferson Santana came free, but Alfredo Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ladislav Telepovský took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Grêmio Santo André fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Grêmio Santo André's Cristiano Levandovskiy looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 87 played minutes Grêmio Santo André got a freekick which was hit by Lucas-Ignacio Torres. 88 minutes into the match, Grêmio Santo André's goal looked a bit too open when Patrício Tavares came free, but Ladislav Telepovský reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristiano Levandovskiy might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfredo Santana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristiano Levandovskiy ran back to his position shaking his head. Alfredo Santana made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Juvenal dos Santos sent off a good shot on target. The Grêmio Santo André players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
