Folkert Vos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Téo Leite showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Jerold, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Franco Alfonso in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Téo Leite saved Alvi Verde from getting behind. 35 minutes into the match, The Masters's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Heidemann came free, but Folkert Vos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
