The corner led La Cosa Nostra's Arnaldo Perpinya to fire away a dangerous shot which Octavian Jähnigen despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Joel Delfino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jânio Donatello in the 7th minute. The La Cosa Nostra fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when La Cosa Nostra's Hans Otterlei looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Joel Delfino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cris Gol in the 13th minute of the match. Octavian Jähnigen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Otterlei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jânio Donatello could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Joel Delfino made a huge save. 36 minutes into the match, Predador Brasiliense MZBR's goal looked a bit too open when Hans Otterlei came free, but Octavian Jähnigen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Delfino made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Cris Gol sent off a good shot on target. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Willem-Jan Van Hinnendael was substituted for Raúl Palomar. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell António Sobral to make the kick off. Hans Otterlei could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Octavian Jähnigen made a huge save. The corner ended in Tytus Lepper almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Octavian Jähnigen did a great save. 59 minutes into the game, Jânio Donatello cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Joel Delfino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Predador Brasiliense MZBR's goalkeeper Octavian Jähnigen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hans Otterlei in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Sandrinho Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joel Delfino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jânio Donatello in the 81st minute of play. Octavian Jähnigen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marciano Bizen in the 84th minute. Marciano Bizen came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Octavian Jähnigen could save by the left post. 88 minutes into the match, Jânio Donatello notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of La Cosa Nostra's Joel Delfino. Joel Delfino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 92nd minute António Sobral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Delfino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marciano Bizen in the 94th minute of play forced Predador Brasiliense MZBR's goalkeeper Octavian Jähnigen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
