After some careless play in the Mariolo defense, Jakub Moizuk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eufrasio Vall. The Mariolo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eufrasio Vall should have stopped the shot. Eufrasio Vall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Di Gregorio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Astreix&ObelixSoccer fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Froilan Ponc kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Lartaun Carrandi kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the match, Mariolo's goal looked a bit too open when Peng Qi Chong came free, but Eufrasio Vall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half Astreix&ObelixSoccer were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dave Di Gregorio to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Peng Qi Chong cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Eufrasio Vall was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Martyon Diehl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witold Pietras in the 59th minute of play. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Osvaldo Alvarenga was substituted for Jakub Moizuk. Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Liam Bray was substituted for Dave Di Gregorio. After taking down the ball on Astreix&ObelixSoccer's corner Sacha Lilley fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Eufrasio Vall quite easily take care of the ball. Eufrasio Vall made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Liam Bray sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Mariolo's Witold Pietras got a free kick in the 74th minute. After 91 played minutes Mariolo got a freekick which was hit by Leocadio Monedero. 93 minutes into the match, Astreix&ObelixSoccer's Liam Bray sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eufrasio Vall narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
