An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilio Lorca in the 6th minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Dan Wennerqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 7th match minute, Soroca F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Max Josef Justice to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goalkeeper Alfonso Villamarin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hernan Lano. Alfonso Villamarin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hernan Lano in the 12th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hernan Lano got free with Alfonso Villamarin in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 14th minute, Teofilio Lorca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Leones FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 20 minutes into the match, Leones FC's Teofilio Lorca sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dan Wennerqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alfonso Villamarin made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Hernan Lano sent off a good shot on target. Alfonso Villamarin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrián Espadas in the 25th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iordanis Karatzaferis came free, but Alfonso Villamarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfonso Villamarin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Venceslao in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute Adrián Espadas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Villamarin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hernan Lano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfonso Villamarin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Adrián Espadas took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfonso Villamarin. Alfonso Villamarin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 41st minute, Soroca F.C.'s Amador Venceslao dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adrián Espadas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. García Galego received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Dan Wennerqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amador Venceslao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cyprien Combaz made in the 67th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Hernan Lano however managed to control. Hernan Lano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Soroca F.C.'s Rodolfo Atarrabi was substituted for Hernan Lano. Amador Venceslao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leones FC's Jeremy Lambarida was substituted for Thomás Hässler. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oriol Loyola got free with Dan Wennerqvist in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Rodolfo Atarrabi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oriol Loyola could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Dan Wennerqvist made a huge save. Dan Wennerqvist was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Pepillo Servin capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pepillo Servin really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. Alfonso Villamarin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Răzvan Necula in the 97th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Soroca F.C. had played much better football throughout.
