Eugen Bobocea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lázaro Jeraldo having to make a save. In the 7th minute, Maxim Hurezeanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DINAMO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 11 played minutes Titanes Mayas got a freekick which was hit by Albino Chayo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxim Hurezeanu in the 28th minute of play forced Titanes Mayas's goalkeeper Lázaro Jeraldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Călin Boteanu hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. A collision led to Titanes Mayas getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Hugo Lastur hit a great ball. 33 minutes into the match, DINAMO's Iosif Asachi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lázaro Jeraldo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Daniel Karlo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horea Hurmuzache was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, DINAMO's Eugen Bobocea got a free kick in the 39th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teo Estavan in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horea Hurmuzache saved DINAMO from getting behind. Eugen Bobocea's late challenge caught a Titanes Mayas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugen Bobocea helped the player get up and apologised. Eugen Bobocea kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Karlo in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horea Hurmuzache saved DINAMO from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maxim Hurezeanu in the 45th minute of play forced Titanes Mayas's goalkeeper Lázaro Jeraldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horea Hurmuzache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Karlo in the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Teo Estavan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Teo Estavan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Titanes Mayas were awarded a corner in the 69th minute after DINAMO's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ubaldo Urtungo took the corner. Titanes Mayas's Ismael Salvatore was substituted for Daniel Karlo. Horea Hurmuzache had in the 74thth minute some difficulties stopping Ubaldo Urtungo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Horea Hurmuzache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Estavan in the 75th minute of play. Lázaro Jeraldo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Remus Șerbulea in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 84th minute, Eugen Bobocea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DINAMO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. In the 89th minute of the match, Raul Txomin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Horea Hurmuzache saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Horea Hurmuzache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teo Estavan, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Titanes Mayas eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
