Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) Sporting Savaria's Jakab Szigethy started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ede Horváth made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Hermes Pinilla sent off a good shot on target. Milton Diaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakab Szigethy, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. When Jakab Szigethy fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sporting Savaria's protests and gave Jakab Szigethy a yellow card for diving instead. After 10 minutes, Julio De Leon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ and the Sporting Savaria players grew even worse after the yellow card. Julio De Leon hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermes Pinilla in the 15th minute of play forced Sporting Savaria's goalkeeper Ede Horváth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute of the match, Orlando Ramos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ede Horváth was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julio De Leon got free with Ede Horváth in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 23 minutes into the game, Julio De Leon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ede Horváth was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hermes Pinilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Ede Horváth made a huge save. After having played for 30 minutes, Raul Brandao managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Raul Brandao was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hermes Pinilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Ede Horváth made a huge save. A collision led to Sporting Savaria getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Bulcsú Pulai hit a great ball. Ede Horváth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio De Leon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mihály Dobó's late challenge caught a ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mihály Dobó helped the player get up and apologised. Mihály Dobó kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 46 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Julio De Leon sped through Sporting Savaria's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ede Horváth.

54 minutes into the game, ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Julio De Leon nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ede Horváth made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 58 minutes into the match, Sporting Savaria's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Ramos came free, but Ede Horváth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes into the game, Ákos Savarino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Savaria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ the free kick. After 60 played minutes Sporting Savaria got a freekick which was hit by Ákos Savarino. After 63 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sporting Savaria! The referee gave ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ a penalty, 65 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Heraclides Moreno, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sporting Savaria's Ede Horváth. 4-0. Hermes Pinilla hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the game, ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Orlando Ramos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ede Horváth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Orlando Ramos made a precise shot to the right of Ede Horváth. Sporting Savaria's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Ede Horváth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermes Pinilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Milton Diaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jakab Szigethy in the 96th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ had played much better football throughout.
