Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Valla Fc's Valentin Rosendal started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ulf Jakobsson was a little too slow when Hermes Pinilla got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 1-0. A collision led to Valla Fc getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Per-Olof Wennerberg hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Heraclides Moreno tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ulf Jakobsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio De Leon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s zone, Linus Sundström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Milton Diaz came out of the goal and Linus Sundström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Rosendal in the 23rd minute of play forced ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s goalkeeper Milton Diaz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Douglas Ros hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Ulf Jakobsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Ramos in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Julio De Leon made a precise shot to the right of Ulf Jakobsson. Valla Fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After having played for 36 minutes, Valentin Rosendal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Valla Fc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Rosendal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Linus Sundström took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Milton Diaz. Milton Diaz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 41st minute of the match, Hermes Pinilla got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ulf Jakobsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 43 minutes into the match, Valla Fc's goalkeeper Ulf Jakobsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hermes Pinilla. A collision led to Valla Fc getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Fredric Bergström hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Julio De Leon made the kick off in the second half. Orlando Ramos took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulf Jakobsson. Ulf Jakobsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Linus Sundström was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 61st minute. Valla Fc's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 63 minutes into the match, Valla Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Julio De Leon came free, but Ulf Jakobsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Wiliam Morris had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Karl Utter's late challenge caught a ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karl Utter helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Valla Fc's Karl Utter got a free kick in the 65th minute. Ulf Jakobsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio De Leon in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Valla Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Hermes Pinilla came free, but Ulf Jakobsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Julio De Leon came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio De Leon couldn't finish the play. In the 77th minute, Karl Utter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valla Fc's Ulf Jakobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hermes Pinilla in the 80th minute of play. When Linus Sundström came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Valla Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Linus Sundström couldn't finish the play.
