A collision led to AFC FUSION getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Israel Calisto hit a great ball. After 35 played minutes AFC FUSION got a freekick which was hit by Marco Lorien. Leo Junior fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Hustaz having to interfere. Benedicto Hustaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zézinho Pontes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luís Fábio Cardoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Abascal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute, Nicolas Tagliafico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zézinho Pontes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erasmo Velloso during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
