Baldomero Gelmiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Basilio Mederi kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Calistrat Şerbănescu got free with Baldomero Gelmiro in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after BAC Belgrano de Cba's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sebastian Istodor took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Sebastian Istodor got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Baldomero Gelmiro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Tiberiu Rotariu got a free kick in the 24th minute. Damian Fanuco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Calistrat Şerbănescu in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Baldomero Gelmiro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to BAC Belgrano de Cba getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Miguel Presebal hit a great ball. In the 39thth minute of the game Calistrat Şerbănescu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BAC Belgrano de Cba's Baldomero Gelmiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 40 played minutes BAC Belgrano de Cba got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Musko. Baldomero Gelmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Istodor in the 44th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Angelino Boni stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Baldomero Gelmiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Calistrat Şerbănescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 52nd minute, Damian Fanuco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Istodor struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Baldomero Gelmiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca. After 59 played minutes BAC Belgrano de Cba got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Presebal. In the 62nd minute, Damian Cârlan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 62 minutes into the game, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Calistrat Şerbănescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Baldomero Gelmiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. In the 65th match minute, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by George Gurlui to maneuver through the defense. After 69 played minutes BAC Belgrano de Cba got a freekick which was hit by Basilio Mederi. Tiberiu Rotariu's late challenge caught a BAC Belgrano de Cba's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tiberiu Rotariu helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Tiberiu Rotariu got a free kick in the 71st minute. Baldomero Gelmiro came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Damian Cârlan. But to his dismay, Damian Cârlan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 87th minute Damian Cârlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Gelmiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calistrat Şerbănescu in the 88th minute of play forced BAC Belgrano de Cba's goalkeeper Baldomero Gelmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca fans cheered their team off the field, for while BAC Belgrano de Cba had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
