Niculae Rădvan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Grau in the 13th minute of play. Niculae Rădvan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primitivo Grau, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Niculae Rădvan came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Zhao Sen Yang. But to his dismay, Zhao Sen Yang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 24 minutes into the match, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goalkeeper Ivan Chiuzbaian had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Viorel Iacobescu. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Wielopolski in the 35th minute of play forced FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s goalkeeper Niculae Rădvan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Primitivo Grau in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s goalie prevented a goal. In the 39th match minute, FC PIETROSUL -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aurelian Odobescu to maneuver through the defense. 42 minutes into the match, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Grau came free, but Niculae Rădvan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emil Wielopolski in the 44th minute of play forced FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s goalkeeper Niculae Rădvan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zhao Sen Yang to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Niculae Rădvan got control of the ball when Primitivo Grau tried to sneak it across the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Primitivo Grau nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Niculae Rădvan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. A collision led to FC PIETROSUL -MM- getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ciprian Halipa hit a great ball. FC PIETROSUL -MM- made a substitution. Cristi Ciprian replaced Viorel Iacobescu. In the 60th minute of the match Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- got a corner. FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stasio Bienienda ran over to the corner to take the kick. Emil Wielopolski was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 64 played minutes Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Mugurel Pandele. After a rather tough play, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Bernardo Di Piazza got a free kick in the 67th minute. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s İlhami Akyazıcı was substituted for Dacian Tilea. Bernardo Di Piazza hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciprian Halipa in the 75th minute of play forced Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s goalkeeper Ivan Chiuzbaian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niculae Rădvan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Wielopolski in the 86th minute of play. Niculae Rădvan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Wielopolski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristi Ciprian scored 1-3 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivan Chiuzbaian, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to FC PIETROSUL -MM- getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Aurel Teodoroiu hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Felix Codin got a free kick in the 96th minute. After 97 played minutes, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Bernardo Di Piazza shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Niculae Rădvan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- reached it. When the final whistle sounded Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC PIETROSUL -MM-.
