Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Renato Augusto started the match with the kick off. If Renato Augusto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 5th minute Renato Augusto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafim Eanes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jimeno Dalmai got free with Aurelio Walme in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aurelio Walme made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Peng Sha Yang sent off a good shot on target. In the 15th minute of the match Dionisia got a corner. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Florencio Chano ran over to the corner to take the kick. Aurelio Walme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jimeno Dalmai in the 18th minute. Peng Sha Yang in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aurelio Walme, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Serafim Eanes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lei Feng Yan's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute Lei Feng Yan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafim Eanes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 played minutes Dionisia got a freekick which was hit by Jimeno Dalmai. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Renato Augusto in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Serafim Eanes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 42nd minute of the match S.E.R. Caxias do Sul got a corner. Dionisia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lei Feng Yan ran over to the corner to take the kick. Faustão Châton made a great header on S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's corner, it was just that Dionisia's Serafim Eanes managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 47th minute, Ricardinho de Senna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

If Renato Augusto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lei Feng Yan hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Dionisia's Sebastian Cisco was substituted for Florencio Chano. A collision led to S.E.R. Caxias do Sul getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Lei Feng Yan hit a great ball. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's goalkeeper Aurelio Walme, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aurelio Walme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nemesio Eudoxio in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute Nemesio Eudoxio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Walme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute of the match Dionisia got a corner. S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Denis Ereinotz ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Dionisia's corner Denis Ereinotz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aurelio Walme quite easily take care of the ball. Daniel Owsiak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lei Feng Yan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Serafim Eanes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serafim Eanes made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Daniel Owsiak sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, S.E.R. Caxias do Sul's Lucio Siekkötter got a free kick in the 84th minute. After taking down the ball on Dionisia's corner Denis Ereinotz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aurelio Walme quite easily take care of the ball. Nemesio Eudoxio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 92nd minute Dionisia were awarded a corner. Denis Ereinotz went to the cornerflag to take it.
