After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Inácio Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC LARISSA Ivanovo's supporters rose to their feet, but Inácio Domingues was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luka Jaćimović breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Puniša Mamić who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Roman Babel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 28 played minutes El Pibe Academy got a freekick which was hit by Radisav Mikić. Rocco Siffredi might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luka Jaćimović. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rocco Siffredi ran back to his position shaking his head. 32 minutes into the match, El Pibe Academy's Puniša Mamić sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roman Babel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 33rd minute Porfiriy Lubenskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luka Jaćimović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Roman Babel managed to avoid a goal in the 37thth minute, when El Pibe Academy's Puniša Mamić fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. El Pibe Academy's Puniša Mamić was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 37th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 41st match minute, FC LARISSA Ivanovo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilian Pirani to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Puniša Mamić put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Roman Babel. In the 47th minute Maksim Lazarevski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Babel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Roman Babel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Puniša Mamić, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 67th minute El Pibe Academy were awarded a corner. Jozo Popara went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Jovan Markićević got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 3-2. 67 minutes into the match. 71 minutes into the match, FC LARISSA Ivanovo's goal looked a bit too open when Puniša Mamić came free, but Roman Babel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute FC LARISSA Ivanovo were awarded a corner. Inácio Domingues went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Vyacheslav Gruler managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Jozo Popara hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Puniša Mamić's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Roman Babel was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Puniša Mamić in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Roman Babel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Roman Babel was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. 91 minutes into the match, Puniša Mamić notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of FC LARISSA Ivanovo's Roman Babel. Roman Babel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bogić Tabaković sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luka Jaćimović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rocco Siffredi in the 98th minute of play. El Pibe Academy's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
