Thanks to some nice moves Valentin Voicu could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Gonzo Maradona however easily saved by the left post. Valentin Voicu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gonzo Maradona made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Valentin Voicu sent off a good shot on target. The Les Tigres fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Les Tigres's Ömer-Asaf Güneş looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 29th minute Ömer-Asaf Güneş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baraxil Sarrate saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, VILLARREAL UNITED's goal looked a bit too open when Edvard Võsandi came free, but Baraxil Sarrate reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Les Tigres's Gonzo Maradona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valentin Voicu in the 44th minute of play. In the 49th minute, Ömer-Asaf Güneş hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Venancio Prejun made the kick off in the second half. Baraxil Sarrate made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Venancio Prejun sent off a good shot on target. This resulted in a 0-2 score and a disappointed Baraxil Sarrate as he didn't even see the shot coming. Venancio Prejun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Baraxil Sarrate made a huge save.
