With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlo Darrigrande in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bohuš Kadleček saved Gloria from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Carlo Darrigrande put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Bohuš Kadleček. When Carlo Darrigrande in the 84th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Bohuš Kadleček kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 0-8 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. When the match was over Chile could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Gloria throughout the match.
