After the first half Oflador FC 2003 were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Jimeno Eutor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teodoro Santana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Jimeno Eutor recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Teodoro Santana. Jimeno Eutor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rodrigo Argider during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 72nd minute of the match Humberto Figueiredo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anibal Galindo skillfully saved the ball.
