Benedicto Cordarrel charged in rather forcefully in the 2nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. With a little luck, Branco FC's Esteban Iigo got control of the ball when Romeo Hulberto tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 11 played minutes NECKER49 got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Baladi. 12 minutes into the match, NECKER49's goal looked a bit too open when Sotiris Vergos came free, but Keylor Navas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, Osvaldo Ardiles was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. NECKER49's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Branco FC the free kick. A collision led to NECKER49 getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Osvaldo Ardiles hit a great ball. In the 16th minute of the match Siro Dominguez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Keylor Navas skillfully saved the ball. Esteban Iigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Cordarrel in the 17th minute of play. Esteban Iigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedicto Cordarrel in the 18th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Sotiris Vergos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keylor Navas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Branco FC's Esteban Iigo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Branco FC from getting a goal against them. Keylor Navas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Jago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Evaristo Jago, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 25 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Keylor Navas was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Esteban Iigo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lucas Baladi in the 27th minute. Keylor Navas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sotiris Vergos in the 34th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Sotiris Vergos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Keylor Navas was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. NECKER49's Keylor Navas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sotiris Vergos in the 36th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Branco FC's Siro Oroitz was substituted for Victorino Bidun. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sotiris Vergos was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Lucas Baladi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Iigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute, Ceferino Estavan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 59 minutes, Ludomil Gargasz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Branco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ludomil Gargasz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. NECKER49's Bongky Dermawan was substituted for Romeo Hulberto. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Ludomil Gargasz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Branco FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ludomil Gargasz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keylor Navas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. NECKER49 made a substitution. Victor Kiliz replaced Lucas Baladi. NECKER49 made a substitution. After a rather tough play, NECKER49's Victor Kiliz got a free kick in the 69th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Branco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bongky Dermawan came free, but Esteban Iigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Branco FC's Esteban Iigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bongky Dermawan in the 76th minute of play. Branco FC were furious when Siro Oroitz was red carded, 77 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. NECKER49's Fausto Asur couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 79th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Branco FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Remigio Astudillo in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Esteban Iigo saved Branco FC from getting behind. Esteban Iigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Vidal in the 86th minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Remigio Astudillo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Branco FC's Esteban Iigo. Esteban Iigo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Esteban Iigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bongky Dermawan in the 95th minute of play. The Branco FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented NECKER49 from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
