Ciriaco Cordarrell blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sebastián Trejos having to make a save. The corner led Kröll BK's Victor Félix to fire away a dangerous shot which John Locke despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

SAN LORENZO FC made a substitution. Froilan Jatsu replaced Erubiel Lano. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edu Cardozo made a kick off. Kröll BK's Sebastián Trejos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Kröll BK from getting a goal against them. 59 minutes into the game, Froilan Jatsu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SAN LORENZO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kröll BK the free kick. John Locke came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Kröll BK's Michel Hedvall. But to his dismay, Michel Hedvall quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Kröll BK's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
