In the 13th minute, Norbert Winograd made a precise shot to the right of Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu. FFC Merainies 03's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Adnan Yildıran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pepijn Hummel in the 16th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, FFC Merainies 03's Pepijn Hummel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adnan Yildıran made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Pepijn Hummel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Adnan Yildıran. That made the score 2-1 in the 20 minute of play. Pepijn Hummel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Adnan Yildıran made a huge save. FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boleslaw Raschke in the 25th minute of play. TOKATSPOR's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Khair ad-Din Barbarossa in the 27th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Boleslaw Raschke heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After some careless play in the FFC Merainies 03 defense, Norbert Winograd kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu. The FFC Merainies 03 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu should have stopped the shot. İbrahim Efe Hekimoğlu hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Adnan Yildıran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pepijn Hummel, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Boleslaw Raschke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu having to interfere. TOKATSPOR's Adnan Yildıran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pepijn Hummel in the 43rd minute of play. Adnan Yildıran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leon Craandijk, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Norbert Winograd to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fazıl Apaydın during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, TOKATSPOR's Fazıl Apaydın got a free kick in the 55th minute. FFC Merainies 03's Ksawery Gongola managed to work through TOKATSPOR's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Ksawery Gongola dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. FFC Merainies 03's Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boleslaw Raschke in the 60th minute of play. Adnan Yildıran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ksawery Gongola's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Norbert Winograd could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu made a huge save.
