Franco Sampler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marek Markowski, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the match, Mercado Paulista F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaw Fudalej came free, but Franco Sampler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mercado Paulista F.C were furious when Atilano Acosta was red carded, 35 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ≮王者归来≯紫禁之巅 reached it. Eddy Luirink showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rikard Nordin in the 38th minute of the match. Eddy Luirink took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian de Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Marek Markowski made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Kent Lindberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eddy Luirink, 2-2. Mercado Paulista F.C's Franco Sampler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaw Fudalej in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to Mercado Paulista F.C getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Felix Marino hit a great ball. Mercado Paulista F.C's Ahmet Hasan Turan was substituted for Rikard Nordin.
