The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Stelian Marioteanu kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Ivan Hrandabur didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 叶德光 went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ivan Hrandabur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bennvar Galloway in the 10th minute of play. Borussia Brasov's Ivan Hrandabur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bennvar Galloway in the 15th minute of play. Diguinho Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marian Alungulesei in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute Aron Ghinescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Hrandabur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Cristinel Ştefulescu fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Borussia Brasov's protests and gave Cristinel Ştefulescu a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th match minute, Borussia Brasov was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristinel Ştefulescu to maneuver through the defense. Borussia Brasov's Ivan Hrandabur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aron Ghinescu in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Borussia Brasov's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Iztal Marisancena was slow to take the kick. During this time Hertha Berlin's players had a chance to rest. 刘博烽 was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Iztal Marisancena had several of the Borussia Brasov's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 26 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Ivan Hrandabur as he didn't even see the shot coming. 29 minutes into the match, Borussia Brasov's goal looked a bit too open when 倪渊松 came free, but Ivan Hrandabur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bennvar Galloway could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Ivan Hrandabur made a huge save. In the 37th minute of the match Hertha Berlin got a corner. Borussia Brasov's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Iztal Marisancena ran over to the corner to take the kick. With an all-out effort, Hertha Berlin's Ivan Hrandabur threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aron Ghinescu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Cristinel Ştefulescu hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute, Borussia Brasov's Stelian Marioteanu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Stelian Marioteanu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Borussia Brasov protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Stelian Marioteanu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 44 minutes into the match, Hertha Berlin's Iztal Marisancena sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ivan Hrandabur narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Aron Ghinescu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ivan Hrandabur. That made the score 4-0 in the 45 minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aron Ghinescu was the one to do the kick off. After 51 minutes of play, Hertha Berlin's Aron Ghinescu made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Hrandabur was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ivan Hrandabur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 倪渊松 in the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Bennvar Galloway ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Hrandabur was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Ivan Hrandabur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bennvar Galloway, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Hertha Berlin's Bennvar Galloway in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Borussia Brasov's goalie prevented a goal. Ivan Hrandabur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 倪渊松 in the 65th minute of the match. Bennvar Galloway took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivan Hrandabur. Ivan Hrandabur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. 71 minutes into the game, Hertha Berlin's Bennvar Galloway nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ivan Hrandabur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. A collision led to Hertha Berlin getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. 倪渊松 hit a great ball. Aron Ghinescu scored 10-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ivan Hrandabur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bennvar Galloway took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ivan Hrandabur. Ivan Hrandabur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. The throw-in from 钱桑飞 in the 94th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Borussia Brasov's Olimpiu Mincă.
