Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Juan Fuster kicked off to start the match. Lennart Pleschke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Efren Lorenzo having to interfere. The supporters of Gelsenkirchener jungs booed when Beigondo SD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casado Bajo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute Juan Fuster shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otmar Elsner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Efren Lorenzo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Gelsenkirchener jungs's Ted Habbel shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. If Ted Habbel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Otmar Elsner was out of position in the 19 minute of play, and Juan Fuster capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Juan Fuster really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Beigondo SD's Casado Bajo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Otmar Elsner. That made the score 2-1 after 27 minutes of play. 32 minutes into the match, Ted Habbel notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Beigondo SD's Efren Lorenzo. Efren Lorenzo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Otmar Elsner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Fuster in the 39th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ted Habbel in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Efren Lorenzo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 44th minute Gelsenkirchener jungs were awarded a corner. Vladimir Jeneks went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Vladimir Jeneks got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Efren Lorenzo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 45 minutes into the match, Gelsenkirchener jungs's Lennart Pleschke sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Efren Lorenzo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

If Lennart Pleschke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Ted Habbel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gelsenkirchener jungs's supporters rose to their feet, but Ted Habbel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Efren Lorenzo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Otmar Elsner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan Fuster, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 59th play minutes Ted Habbel shot 2-3, a short shot which went by Efren Lorenzo and just under the crossbar into goal. When Lennart Pleschke, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 63 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Efren Lorenzo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 65th minute Casado Bajo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otmar Elsner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan Fuster sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Anselm Bohne hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Casado Bajo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Efren Lorenzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lennart Pleschke, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 78th minute Lennart Pleschke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Efren Lorenzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lennart Pleschke received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Efren Lorenzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, Beigondo SD's goal looked a bit too open when Lennart Pleschke came free, but Efren Lorenzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Fuster received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Otmar Elsner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Gelsenkirchener jungs players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
