The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elazar Checa in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucio Guillerme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rentería F's Juan-Francisco Folch got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Atletico Villa Bosch defense, Juan-Francisco Folch kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucio Guillerme. The Atletico Villa Bosch fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucio Guillerme should have stopped the shot. Lucio Guillerme came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Rentería F's Juan-Francisco Folch. But to his dismay, Juan-Francisco Folch quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Lucio Guillerme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan-Francisco Folch in the 13th minute of the match. Juan-Francisco Folch blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lucio Guillerme having to make a save. After 18 minutes, Juan-Francisco Folch made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Atletico Villa Bosch's Lucio Guillerme tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Guter De Pablo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonides Maidana hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the game, Rentería F's Juan-Francisco Folch nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lucio Guillerme made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. 26 minutes into the match, Atletico Villa Bosch's goal looked a bit too open when Juan-Francisco Folch came free, but Lucio Guillerme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Juan-Francisco Folch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucio Guillerme was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Juan-Francisco Folch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lucio Guillerme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan-Francisco Folch in the 30th minute of play. Juan-Francisco Folch might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucio Guillerme. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juan-Francisco Folch ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 33rd match minute, Atletico Villa Bosch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Ramone to maneuver through the defense. Rentería F's Juan-Francisco Folch got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th match minute, Atletico Villa Bosch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niceto Eladio to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hechter Llorca in the 40th minute of play forced Atletico Villa Bosch's goalkeeper Lucio Guillerme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juan-Francisco Folch made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Reynaldo Abecia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atletico Villa Bosch's supporters rose to their feet, but Reynaldo Abecia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anakoz Blanco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Juan-Francisco Folch's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucio Guillerme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Atletico Villa Bosch's goal looked a bit too open when Juan-Francisco Folch came free, but Lucio Guillerme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Guter De Pablo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hechter Llorca kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After having played for 81 minutes, Hechter Llorca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rentería F's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hechter Llorca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lucio Guillerme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juan-Francisco Folch's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Atletico Villa Bosch's Lucio Guillerme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan-Francisco Folch in the 85th minute of play. Lucio Guillerme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan-Francisco Folch, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. When the final whistle sounded Rentería F left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Atletico Villa Bosch.
