A well placed Engin Akbatu short distance shot in the 22nd minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Gianluigi Buffon made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Franz Corral sent off a good shot on target. The wind increased when Arnaldo Alsua made the kick off in the second half. Ke Qi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barry Baxter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 91 minutes, Franz Corral managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. - HULKAS -'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Franz Corral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gianluigi Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florin Răducioiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. 95 minutes into the match, - HULKAS -'s goalkeeper Ke Qi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnaldo Alsua. Gigante da Colina FC-DMZ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
