Acho Búrzin was a little too slow when Renato Katančić got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 3rd minute. The score was now 1-0. Acho Búrzin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Velimir Vizek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, CSKA Ignat's Boyan Smilenov seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Boyan Smilenov the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of CSKA Ignat protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Boyan Smilenov had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 11 minutes into the game, one of CSKA Ignat:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Acho Búrzin, was totally fooled by Crni Tigrovi's Pompiliu Bacalbașa, who 12 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. If Velimir Vizek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Crni Tigrovi's Nebojša Jerić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tzanko Sitnilski in the 19th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Velimir Vizek got free with Acho Búrzin in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute Adrian Cholakov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nebojša Jerić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Acho Búrzin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Velimir Vizek, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Konstantin Dzhambazki during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Crni Tigrovi made a substitution. Neno Gudelj replaced Miroslav Agbaba. A collision led to CSKA Ignat getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Konstantin Dzhambazki hit a great ball. CSKA Ignat's Acho Búrzin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pompiliu Bacalbașa in the 37th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Renato Katančić reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Acho Búrzin. The goal made the score 3-0. Tzanko Sitnilski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nebojša Jerić having to make a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Velimir Vizek to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Yoncho Zhelyazkov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 58 minutes, Pompiliu Bacalbașa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crni Tigrovi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pompiliu Bacalbașa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Acho Búrzin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Garikoitz Revuelta in the 60th minute of play. In the 68th minute Velimir Vizek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Acho Búrzin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Acho Búrzin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Neno Gudelj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute, Velimir Vizek ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Acho Búrzin was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. If Garikoitz Revuelta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the CSKA Ignat defense, Pompiliu Bacalbașa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Acho Búrzin. The CSKA Ignat fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Acho Búrzin should have stopped the shot. 85 minutes into the match, Neno Gudelj had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Acho Búrzin. CSKA Ignat's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Neno Gudelj was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. In the 92nd minute, Neno Gudelj made a precise shot to the right of Acho Búrzin. CSKA Ignat's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Yoncho Zhelyazkov managed to get in a good position for a shot. CSKA Ignat's supporters rose to their feet, but Yoncho Zhelyazkov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nebojša Jerić breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Crni Tigrovi had played much better football throughout.
