Arif Egemen Taif made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valentin Zlatkov in the 4th minute of play. The supporters of FC Berkovtsi booed when Dorika AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudio Ucci didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Dorika AFC's Evlogi Belyovski threw himself towards the right post 7 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ermanno Tripodi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 11th minute, Dario Mazzini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Dario Mazzini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, FC Berkovtsi's goalkeeper Evlogi Belyovski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dario Mazzini. In the 22nd minute, Edoardo Giardino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dorika AFC's Arif Egemen Taif played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivo Karapanov in the 26th minute of play. FC Berkovtsi's Evlogi Belyovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermanno Tripodi in the 29th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valentin Zlatkov in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arif Egemen Taif prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Edoardo Giardino was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 35 minutes had been played. Edoardo Giardino hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 36th match minute, Dorika AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Ucci to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dorika AFC's goalkeeper Arif Egemen Taif, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 38th minute, Igor Montrel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 44 minutes, Ermanno Tripodi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dorika AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ermanno Tripodi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Dorika AFC's Dario Mazzini got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

52 minutes into the game, Ivo Karapanov threw the ball into play from the sideline. Dorika AFC's Torkild Skibbyholm quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Torkild Skibbyholm struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Evlogi Belyovski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dorika AFC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermanno Tripodi in the 59th minute of play forced FC Berkovtsi's goalkeeper Evlogi Belyovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Ermanno Tripodi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Evlogi Belyovski. FC Berkovtsi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ermanno Tripodi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Brunko Vúrlyakov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Arif Egemen Taif made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brunko Vúrlyakov got free with Arif Egemen Taif in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Evlogi Belyovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torkild Skibbyholm in the 70th minute of play. A collision led to FC Berkovtsi getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Tzocho Pastirov hit a great ball. Ermanno Tripodi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ermanno Tripodi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torkild Skibbyholm's late challenge caught a FC Berkovtsi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Torkild Skibbyholm helped the player get up and apologised. After 77 played minutes Dorika AFC got a freekick which was hit by Torkild Skibbyholm. With his leg Arif Egemen Taif managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when FC Berkovtsi's Valentin Zlatkov fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Evlogi Belyovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Torkild Skibbyholm in the 83rd minute of play. Claudio Ucci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evlogi Belyovski having to interfere. Dorika AFC's Arif Egemen Taif played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valcho Hadzhiatanasov in the 93rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Dorika AFC's Sebastian Bernad got a free kick in the 94th minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Dorika AFC had played much better football throughout.
