Hernani da Rocha came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Tigre's Justo Lore. But to his dismay, Justo Lore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 18 minutes into the match, NGOP Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Gwyn Lawson came free, but Hernani da Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Hernani da Rocha managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Tigre's Sergio Cordareo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Idlir Kaevski charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Idlir Kaevski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 24th minute, Idlir Kaevski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute Tigre were awarded a corner. Gwyn Lawson went to the cornerflag to take it. Justo Lore struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Hernani da Rocha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tigre. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Hernani da Rocha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gwyn Lawson in the 54th minute of the match. Justo Lore hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 61 minutes into the match, Justo Lore had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hernani da Rocha. NGOP Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Justo Lore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 64thth minute of the game Sergio Cordareo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but NGOP Football Club's Hernani da Rocha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hernani da Rocha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justo Lore, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Gwyn Lawson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tigre's supporters rose to their feet, but Gwyn Lawson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hernani da Rocha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the match, NGOP Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Lore came free, but Hernani da Rocha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Justo Lore had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hernani da Rocha. Hernani da Rocha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tigre's Justo Lore got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tigre had played much better football throughout.
