The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Carlos Garcia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sebastiano Rossi having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Garcia in the 17th minute of play forced MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's goalkeeper Sebastiano Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's goalkeeper Sebastiano Rossi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Garcia. In the 39th minute, MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Carlos Garcia fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rubim Jordão during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC booed when SITIO CITY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rubim Jordão didn't get a good kick on the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

If Sylwester Kempka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rubim Jordão was slow to take the kick. During this time SITIO CITY's players had a chance to rest. In the 61st minute, Rubim Jordão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the match, SITIO CITY's goal looked a bit too open when Roch Zuraw came free, but Zé Gato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sebastiano Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Garcia in the 73rd minute of play. In the 76th minute, MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's Roch Zuraw ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zé Gato. Zé Gato yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. SITIO CITY's Pierre-Paul Swin was substituted for Chiquinho Pereira. Zé Gato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roch Zuraw in the 82nd minute of the match. Beniamin Sroki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Zé Gato made a huge save. Zé Gato made an important save on a dangerous shot by Beniamin Sroki in the 83rd minute. 85 minutes into the match, SITIO CITY's Luís Carvalho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sebastiano Rossi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luís Carvalho in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastiano Rossi saved MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC from getting behind. A collision led to MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Franco Baresi hit a great ball. Julio Iglesias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastiano Rossi having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's Beniamin Sroki slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zé Gato. That made the score 3-3 after 94 minutes of play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
