Geronimo Argi made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Yaman Akar sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by C.J. La Marca in the 22nd minute of play forced GreenUnited's goalkeeper Sebastián Torrico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th match minute, GreenUnited was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ovidiu Şerbănescu to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joao Zuazo in the 28th minute of play forced LVCVS AVGVSTI's goalkeeper Geronimo Argi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Geronimo Argi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edward Chaniago in the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Max Stevens was the one to do the kick off.
