After 13 minutes BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Szymon Pilitowski who took care of the corner kick. Szymon Pilitowski made a great header on Estudiantes de América's corner, it was just that BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Big Hands managed to reach the ball for a save. Estudiantes de América's Marcos Ranolfo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Mutu in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kraig Fred in the 17th minute of play forced BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Big Hands to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute Estudiantes de América were awarded a corner. Szymon Pilitowski went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Kert Roolaid managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 20 minutes into the match, Kraig Fred dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Big Hands, 1-0. Big Hands took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kraig Fred, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kraig Fred sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Ranolfo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Mutu in the 30th minute of the match. After some careless play in the BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB defense, Kraig Fred kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Big Hands. The BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Big Hands should have stopped the shot. 38 minutes into the match, BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Big Hands had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Szymon Pilitowski. After a defensive mix-up in BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's zone, Kraig Fred stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Big Hands came out of the goal and Kraig Fred tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcos Ranolfo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Mutu in the 41st minute of the match. Marcos Ranolfo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lakis Kaminaris, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. The corner led to Estudiantes de América's Fran Tudor getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ramon Pueblo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcos Ranolfo made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Lakis Kaminaris sent off a good shot on target. 53 minutes into the game, Lakis Kaminaris recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Marcos Ranolfo. Lakis Kaminaris showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Marcos Ranolfo came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Cirilo Arlo. But to his dismay, Cirilo Arlo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Mutu in the 62nd minute of play forced Estudiantes de América's goalkeeper Marcos Ranolfo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Estudiantes de América's Marcos Ranolfo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Mutu in the 68th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Adrian Mutu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marcos Ranolfo, 2-3. 71 minutes into the match, Concetto Trasatti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Big Hands. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Concetto Trasatti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cirilo Arlo in the 75th minute. Marcos Ranolfo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mauricio Ticho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-4 in the 77 minute of play. BORBOTONES FUTBOL CLUB's Big Hands played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Concetto Trasatti in the 82nd minute of play. Big Hands took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Concetto Trasatti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
