To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Carnicero in the 36th minute of play forced Cesate's goalkeeper Radowit Ptaszek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Carnicero in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Radowit Ptaszek saved Cesate from getting behind. Cesate's Radowit Ptaszek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobald Hodas in the 41st minute of play. Radowit Ptaszek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Carnicero in the 45th minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Angelo Vettori to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Carlos Carnicero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Radowit Ptaszek. Cesate's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Carnicero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Stanislaw Kolbe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radowit Ptaszek having to interfere. Amedeo Angelini hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Iwo Dombroski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kay Stormlund in the 96th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. KS Luxik Ruda Śląska had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
