A collision led to Korona Kielce getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Stewart Gregory hit a great ball. After 44 minutes of play, Korona Kielce's Edmílson Prata made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dochko Rodev was left in no man's land by his defense there! The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

Club Atletico Los Andes's Victoriano Loreto was substituted for Tomáš Lamačka. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kaj Skager to make the kick off. Korona Kielce's Gary Ingram played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kaj Skager in the 76th minute of play. Kaj Skager struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Gary Ingram didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico Los Andes. Korona Kielce made a substitution. Gerry Furniss replaced Stewart Gregory. 89 minutes into the match, Edmílson Prata dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dochko Rodev, 4-2. The supporters of Korona Kielce booed when Club Atletico Los Andes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano Loreto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Casper Martinsson was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 96 minutes into the match. In the 96th match minute, Club Atletico Los Andes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Casper Martinsson to maneuver through the defense. Korona Kielce's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Club Atletico Los Andes had won, even though Korona Kielce had held more of the ball.
