The supporters of Bloodthirsty FC booed when Sipo EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermínio Rosado didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils Lidström in the 17th minute of play forced Sipo EC's goalkeeper Cacá Maciel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Tomas Norberg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Bloodthirsty FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tomas Norberg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 21st minute, one of Bloodthirsty FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bloodthirsty FC. After a rather tough play, Bloodthirsty FC's Nils Lidström got a free kick in the 27th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Bloodthirsty FC's goal looked a bit too open when Décio Messias came free, but Kenneth Biörkquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kenneth Biörkquist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Décio Messias's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. A nice corner shot did that José Paulo Prata got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kenneth Biörkquist quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Kenneth Biörkquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Décio Messias, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Kenneth Biörkquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdir Arósio in the 37th minute of the match. Sipo EC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by José Paulo Prata in the 38th minute. Kenneth Biörkquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Porto, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 41 minutes into the match, Bloodthirsty FC's goal looked a bit too open when Valdir Arósio came free, but Kenneth Biörkquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Svante Petersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kenneth Biörkquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Paulo Prata in the 65th minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Sipo EC's goal looked a bit too open when Svante Petersson came free, but Cacá Maciel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th match minute, Bloodthirsty FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Håkan Viklund to maneuver through the defense. After 77 played minutes Bloodthirsty FC got a freekick which was hit by Edvin Kullander. Cacá Maciel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sakarias Ahlroth in the 80th minute of play. After 82 minutes Sipo EC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Håkan Viklund who took care of the corner kick. Bloodthirsty FC's Håkan Viklund was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cacá Maciel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After having played for 86 minutes, Svante Petersson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bloodthirsty FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Svante Petersson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 95th minute Svante Petersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cacá Maciel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over Sipo EC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bloodthirsty FC throughout the match.
