In the 14th minute Göksel Taşdan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto De Bonis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Darrel Pennington showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Giovannelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. When Puianello FC's Göksel Taşdan in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Göksel Taşdan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Göksel Taşdan in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fausto De Bonis saved LATIUM from getting behind. Darrel Pennington took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aurelio Oriali, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute Aurelio Oriali shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Darrel Pennington saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Göksel Taşdan took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fausto De Bonis. Fausto De Bonis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-10. In the 89th minute, Göksel Taşdan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fausto De Bonis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-11. Fausto De Bonis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Göksel Taşdan in the 95th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Puianello FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
