Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Carlo Borgatello started the match with the kick off. FC Aquile Azzurre's Sabin Pânzaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmine Iannone in the 7th minute of play. FC Aquile Azzurre's Carlo Borgatello got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flavio Lavatrice made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Carlo Borgatello sent off a good shot on target. 13 minutes into the game, Carlo Borgatello recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Flavio Lavatrice. Carlo Borgatello showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Flavio Lavatrice was out of position in the 16 minute of play, and Carlo Borgatello capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Carlo Borgatello really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Carlo Borgatello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Molfetta sportiva's Flavio Lavatrice proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Molfetta sportiva from getting a goal against them. Carlo Borgatello's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavio Lavatrice read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Molfetta sportiva's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Reg Weeks was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Aquile Azzurre's players had a chance to rest. FC Aquile Azzurre's Carlo Borgatello was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Flavio Lavatrice in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Flavio Lavatrice made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Carlo Borgatello sent off a good shot on target. Äliqulu Vermäliyev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Flavio Lavatrice tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carmine Villani made in the 33rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Domenico Campo however managed to control. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Molfetta sportiva's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Reg Weeks was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Aquile Azzurre's players had a chance to rest. The Molfetta sportiva fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Molfetta sportiva's Cesare Di Renzo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carmine Iannone made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Molfetta sportiva's zone, Adil Mahşer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavio Lavatrice came out of the goal and Adil Mahşer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amanda Almqvist in the 54th minute of play forced Molfetta sportiva's goalkeeper Flavio Lavatrice to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Molfetta sportiva's Flavio Lavatrice played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlo Borgatello in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute FC Aquile Azzurre were awarded a corner. Reg Weeks went to the cornerflag to take it. FC Aquile Azzurre were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Molfetta sportiva's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Reg Weeks took the corner. After 62 minutes Molfetta sportiva's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Reg Weeks who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on FC Aquile Azzurre's corner Reg Weeks fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Flavio Lavatrice quite easily take care of the ball. Flavio Lavatrice came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Aquile Azzurre's Carlo Borgatello. But to his dismay, Carlo Borgatello quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Molfetta sportiva made a substitution. Dario Melani replaced Cesare Di Renzo. FC Aquile Azzurre made a substitution. João Francisco Correia replaced Wu Fei. FC Aquile Azzurre made a substitution. Elia Pasin replaced Bel Cross. Filippo Massa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Lavatrice having to interfere. Molfetta sportiva's Francisc Bacalbașa was substituted for Sebastian Alecu. With 88 minutes on the clock, Robert Matthews commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 88 minutes into the game, one of Molfetta sportiva:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. FC Aquile Azzurre were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Molfetta sportiva for a fine match.
