In the 4th minute Victoriano Iraunkor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Jaume saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Iuri Barral came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Pitman FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iuri Barral couldn't finish the play. Marcos Lorien made an important save on a dangerous shot by Milán Seres in the 6th minute. After some careless play in the Szittyák SE rege defense, Iuri Barral kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reynaldo Jaume. The Szittyák SE rege fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reynaldo Jaume should have stopped the shot. Victoriano Iraunkor blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reynaldo Jaume having to make a save. Marcos Lorien made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iwan Karanowski in the 17th minute. The supporters of Szittyák SE rege booed when Pitman FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enzo Maura didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Pitman FC's goalkeeper Marcos Lorien had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iwan Karanowski. If Victoriano Iraunkor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute Nike Cavia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Lorien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Milán Seres came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Szittyák SE rege fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Milán Seres couldn't finish the play. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Pitman FC's goalkeeper Marcos Lorien had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iwan Karanowski. Milán Seres made a great header on Szittyák SE rege's corner, it was just that Pitman FC's Marcos Lorien managed to reach the ball for a save. Szittyák SE rege's Reynaldo Jaume played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Ihazintu in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Victoriano Iraunkor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Reynaldo Jaume was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Victoriano Iraunkor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milán Seres in the 39th minute of play forced Pitman FC's goalkeeper Marcos Lorien to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lénárd Kósa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Marcos Lorien made a huge save. Reynaldo Jaume made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Iraunkor in the 45th minute of play. In the 49th minute of the match Szittyák SE rege got a corner. Pitman FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Milán Seres ran over to the corner to take the kick. After the first half Pitman FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victoriano Iraunkor was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Milán Seres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Lorien saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simon Ihazintu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Pitman FC's goal looked a bit too open when Milán Seres came free, but Marcos Lorien reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reynaldo Jaume made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Simon Ihazintu sent off a good shot on target. Szittyák SE rege made a substitution. László Gácsi replaced Nike Cavia. Pitman FC were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Szittyák SE rege's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Simon Ihazintu took the corner. In the 69th minute, Rex Fynn ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Lorien was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Pitman FC made a substitution. Sebastean Gentiletti replaced Victoriano Iraunkor. Szittyák SE rege's Sebestyén Soós was substituted for József Földvári. Pitman FC made a substitution. Tanek Nowacki replaced Iuri Barral. Sebastean Gentiletti might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Reynaldo Jaume. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sebastean Gentiletti ran back to his position shaking his head. Although Szittyák SE rege had been in control for most of the match, Pitman FC still came away with the win.
