After a defensive mix-up in Vodka Stars 1949's zone, Simon Hilhorst stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Generoso Beloki came out of the goal and Simon Hilhorst tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilco Keldermans in the 50th minute of play forced Vodka Stars 1949's goalkeeper Generoso Beloki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Generoso Beloki came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Decathlon Dudes's Daan Wegman. But to his dismay, Daan Wegman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Vodka Stars 1949's Martin Batalla was substituted for Erik Véber. After a defensive mix-up in Vodka Stars 1949's zone, Juan Ayuso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Generoso Beloki came out of the goal and Juan Ayuso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th minute Martin Batalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but César Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vodka Stars 1949's Nevada Lopez de Toro was substituted for Casado Castan. Generoso Beloki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilco Keldermans in the 71st minute of the match. Curcio Alonso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but César Sousa made a huge save. César Sousa made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Lucas Montaña sent off a good shot on target. César Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Batalla in the 81st minute of the match. Generoso Beloki came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Decathlon Dudes's Wilco Keldermans. But to his dismay, Wilco Keldermans quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. With a little luck, Decathlon Dudes's César Sousa got control of the ball when Curcio Alonso tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the last second César Sousa throw himself and got hold of the ball when Martin Batalla in the 94thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. The Decathlon Dudes support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
